fooobar2000 ASIO

the new ASIO output plug-in (Version 2.1.1) is confirmed NOT "bit perfect".

we recommend using the previous version (1.2.7)

more test to follow.

    What about version 2.1.2 I've used without any problems with Musiland Monitor 02 US
